We designed and built a modern data platform in 10 weeks. First, we mapped every data source and created a single source of truth for key business metrics — MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, and operational KPIs. We implemented a cloud warehouse with managed ingestion handling data from eight sources. All transformations were built in dbt with version control, documentation, and automated testing. We then built executive dashboards that refreshed every 15 minutes and sent automated alerts when key metrics moved outside expected ranges. We also trained the finance team to build their own ad-hoc analyses.
